About Carpet

Your home is your sanctuary and, for many, home wouldn’t feel complete without a soft and enveloping carpet under your feet at the end of the day.  Carpeting has traditionally been one of the most popular flooring mediums, and it’s easy to understand why. Carpeting offers up so many choices, with seemingly endless colors, materials, textures, and weaves to ponder. There’s truly something suitable for every budget, style, and function.

At Lippert's Carpet One, we have a strong passion for carpeting: particularly, its ability to comfort and transform. Are you thinking about installing some new carpeting in your home or business?

Here are the basics to get you started:

Types of Carpet

Frieze carpeting has long and unruly fibers for a soft and casual appearance.

Loop carpeting has smaller and looped fibers for a low profile that lends itself well to many different types of uses.

Textured carpeting has uneven, woven fibers that are lower profile, resulting in carpeting that feels rougher than others, and is extra durable.

Why Carpeting?

There are many advantages to carpets. Carpeting is quick to install and has lots of affordable options. It can also result in a dramatic transformation, once installed, and it’s extremely effective when it comes to insulating your room, keeping it cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
